We decided with such great weather to leave early.... just kidding! So really, weather permitting we intend to leave tomorrow 7/1/2008 - the only change we have made is to kick off from Bayfield. All our gear ,boats and ducks seemed to all be in a row up there so the logistics work quite smooth... We plan to depart from the beach behind the Cooperage building between 9:30 -10:00 a.m. so if you're in the area feel free to stop by and lift a sea kayak or two-free of charge! but really if you are around, drop on by and say hey...

Health, happiness, and huge grins and we're going to get a visit in before too long- I'm going to make it happen. All the best with enough adversity thrown in to make it a real adventure. But watch out for those crooked mounties, word is they'll pull you over for nothing, make you brush the horse and recommend that you drop $50 and a carrot to make things smooth again.
It was great to meet you two at Wachsmuth House on Saturday evening. I'll be keeping tabs on your fine adventure and perhaps we can see you when you come through Duluth. We'll also be back in Bayfield on Labor Day weekend. I'm assuming that that is where you'll be ending your journey, since you put in there. It would be good to celebrate your return.
